The Garmet: Whether casual, like a denim or camp shirt, or slightly dressier, like sanded gabardine or an oxford, wovens are an excellent opportunity to wear your logo with pride in the corporate world.

You'll find a variety of fabric weights in both 100% cotton and 50/50 cotton polyester blends. In general, 100% cotton makes a good choice for casual office dress, corporate outings and event or trade show staff. 50/50 blends are great for staff shirts and restaurant or service uniforms, or any situation where the user will be doing physical work while wearing the shirt. We recommend heavier weight fabrics for best results in embroidery.

The Process: The craft of embroidery has rocketed into the computer age, and the equipment used to recreate your logo in thread is very efficient and high tech.

Prices for embroidery are determined by the number of stitches required to execute a design and are usually quoted as a cost per 1000 stitches. The number of colors in your design usually does not impact the cost of the job as it does in screen printing.

We've provided you with an easy way to estimate the number of stitches required to turn your logo into a quality embellishment. Please print out the grid found here; then print out a copy of your artwork and place it over the grid. The chart next to the grid will help you estimate your thread count so we may accurately estimate the cost of your job.
