We realize each customer has a unique set of priorities when purchasing custom apparel. When your customers or employees receive apparel

What if I don't see what I want?
The products you see featured on our website are only a few of our favorites. If you've been
shopping online, you already know there are hundreds of brands and thousands of styles to choose from. We believe it's our job, not
yours, to search through the myriad of catalogues to find the right shirt for your custom order. Tell us what you're looking for, and
we'll narrow the field to the top choices matching your specifications.
How many pieces do I need to order?
That depends on the type of decoration and product you want. For optimal pricing, the minimum order
for embroidered garments is typically 24 pieces; for screen-printing, 100 shirts. Hats should be ordered in multiples of 12 so you can take
advantage of case pricing. However, nothing is set in stone. Our team of experienced professionals is here to help you find the best way to

How long does it take?
Again, this depends upon the product and method of decoration used. Most orders take 7 to 10
business days from proof approval, plus shipping. Rush orders are usually possible.
How is my order shipped?
The prices we quote include ground shipping via UPS. Faster shipping options are available if
necessary.
What are your terms for payment?
Unless credit terms have already been established, we require payment in full before we begin work
on your job. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal and check or money order.
Can you help with my design?
Yes! Our graphic design and digitizing departments are here to create or modify your designs, and
digitize them at competitive prices.
My design is camera-ready. How do I get it to you?
Art that is "ready" for use may be provided in an electronic file and is used for pre-press and printing
without making modifications. To be considered camera-ready, your art should be in vectorized format, preferably supplied as either an .ai or .eps
file. You should attach it to your online request for quote. Files may be uploaded to our server. Please give us a call or use our
Contact Us form and ask for instructions.
Will I receive a proof?
Unless otherwise noted in your quote, we will provide an electronic proof for your approval prior to moving
your order into production.
There are so many styles to choose from! What do I need to consider when choosing my garment?
Our experienced sales team is armed with the knowledge and access to
virtually any garment made to help you make a wise investment in your company's future. Here are some considerations for making your selection:
Economy: Are you throwing your shirts into a stadium full of sports fans or passing them out randomly at a high-volume tradeshow?
Image: Are you presenting your logo apparel to only your top customers or investors?
Durability: Are your employees going to be wearing and washing the garmentson a regular basis?
Environment: Do you need special fabrics such as those containing moisture wicking for hot, humid climates, or stain resistant fabric for wear in
the food-service industry?
What should I know about t-shirt sizes and colors?
Tees are now cut to march larger specs than they were when they were called "undershirt." Today's fashion
dictates that tees hang loosely on both men and women. A rule of thumb is, when in doubt, order larger. Tees are available in Tall and sizes up
to XL, but you will find styles and colors are limited. They are also usually priced higher than sizes S-XL.
Most of the Tees available are "pre-shrunk". 100% cotton pre-shrunk Tees will shrink about 3 to 5% on first washing, or about half a size. Shirts
will shrink more in length than in width. Shrinkage in 50/50 blends is only about 2 to 3%.
Matching your corporate colors with fabric is more guesswork than science. The color you see on your computer monitor may not be a true representation
of the actual shirt color. If color is critical, please be sure to ask for a sample shirt. Care should also be taking to be sure your ink color(s)
will be compatible with the fabric color.
What are the Embroidering and Screen Printing areas for caps and shirts?
Domestic Embroidery and Screen Printing maximum areas on finished caps are approximately:
Caps:
Front: 4 1/2 Inches Wide X 2 1/4 Inches High
Back: 4 Inches Wide X 1 1/4 Inches High
Side: 2 1/2 Inches Wide X 1 1/2 Inches High
Sun Visors:
Front: 3 1/2 Inches Wide X 1 1/4 Inches High
T-Shirts:
13 Inches Wide X 12 Inches High
